Throughout the last 15 years, he has garnered valuable experience in his various customer service and client-facing roles. This expertise has shaped him into the service-centered professional he is today.
When he isn’t assisting others, you can find Brandon going on relaxing cruises or reading motivational books. He also has an affinity for space exploration, computers, and canines. Most importantly, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends who are like family.

Dieu (Jill) Hoang
Dieu (Jill) Hoang is a student of Operations and Supply Chain Management at the David Eccles School of Business - University of Utah. Over the last seven years, her meticulous and caring nature has set her apart from her customer service counterparts as she consistently puts others ahead of herself in any way possible. Her drive, combined with a naturally approachable attitude, has molded her into the customer-centric focused professional she is today.
A natural stickler for time and order, Dieu shows a powerful ability to coordinate and maintain workflow systems, ensuring clients receive their final work products in a reliable and timely manner. Along with her solid professional background, she advocates for civil rights, racial justice, and equality for all. Her contributions in these areas have led to her guest speaking for racial justice and awareness at a board on Asian American culture and community.
Order and service of others are attitudes that Dieu lives in her daily life. You can find Dieu relaxing and enjoying life during her downtime by cooking, baking, sewing, and traveling.
